Turkey Hunting Whether it's spring or fall doesn't matter to this bunch. Great tips on calling, bustin flocks, using blinds and more.

I've been ready for months now. I've put in for my MN. and WI. tags and have sent in a half deposit for my hunt in Kansas all ready. Spring can not get here fast enough.
I live in north central MN and we have about 20" of snow on the ground now with another 6-8" forecast for tomorrow. This winter is really starting to bite!! Been really cold also!

ORIGINAL: salukipv1

ready for IL turkey,

trying to locate a rio or merriam's turkey hunt, which I'm having little luck doing. ie in KS or SD
Look up Kansas Walk-in (WHCP) land in the Central part of the state. I know they have merriam's and rio's in the central and western portion of the state.

For Christmas, I recieved a BUTTLOAD of turkey hunting gear from my parents to include a gillie suit, Cabela's .665 choke, fiber optics sights, shotgun sling, knee brace and some heavi-shot 13 shells, so yeah, I'm ready.

I'm looking forward to mounting some new sights on my Mossy and hitting the turkey woods. I need to defrost some of the results of the last time I pulled the trigger and grill it up
