COOKING YOUR TURKEY

How do you like to fix your turkey?

I usually breast out my bird. Then before we cook it we cut the breasts up and batter it in Drakes batter, then we deep fry it. It turns out like Long John Silvers, if you've ever had that. there are times we just smoke them as well.

We breast them as well, boil the breast until you can shred the meat with your fingers, and then we fry it with chili powder and make turkey burritos

I like just baking it, but deep frying is also very good. Little unhealthy though

I think deep fried and smoked is the best.

I breast out the bird, then cut slices of the breast, season with McCormacks chicken seasoning, then grill them. Yummmmmmmmy!
