Man you guys are all missing out here! I' ve eatten turkey in a large variety of ways. The deep fried bird is pretty good. Not as good as I thought would be for the rave on it now. I still prefer to throw the whole bird either skinned out or de feathered into a Cajon Smoker. Its absolutely the best!! I fill the pan full of water, and throw some hickory chips into it for flavor. Fire up the charcoal bisquets, and let it cook over several hrs outside. When its done its the most juicy, flavor full bird you' ll ever eat. Once you start you cannot stop.

Once you try deepfrying a bird, you will never try anything else!!
