turkey hunting while hunting deer?

Ohio fall turkey season is allowing hunters to use both shotgun and archery the entire season..while deer archery is in...nice to have the choice i say.. but.. I have never hunted turkey.. would it be a waste of time to try to bag both while im out there with a bow? How would you approach the notion?

Be sure you know where you're going to shoot them, with a bow, it can be tricky, you pretty much either shoot him in the head, or in the vitals, but a turkey's vitals are very small, and it's hard to get it. Also, of course, drawing back will spook a turkey alot sooner then it'll spook a deer, since turkeys have such amazing eyesight, so alot of luck will be involved.

Just make sure you follow all regulations, if you need a special tag, etc. Here in TN, we are allowed to use our normal license for Spring, but we have to draw for fall.
