Click, At 35 yards I have about 16 pellets in the vital/kill areas. I don' t know right off how many total in the head and around area the head. Will have to try and look for my targets after work.

TScott, my choke hates the HV also and I tried most of the loads you mentioned and found the Win. Double X #5 2oz beats them all by far. They may be worth a try in yours. Or maybe 2oz of 6s or 4s, mine likes the 5s.

I have 2 Star Dots but no Mossy 500. I have one to use in my Remingtons and one for my 835. I get good patterns with them out to about 45 yds and kinda iffy at 50. The Star Dot in my 835 does not improve my pattern much over the factory turkey choke that came with it but the Star Dot gives me a much improved pattern out of the Remingtons over the factory chokes.
