Blind Chair

What kind of chair should I get to use in my Double Bull blind? I' ve seen the chair DB sells, but I' m wondering if I can get one for cheaper than $28.

RE: Blind Chair

I have 6 camo chairs that I have purchased over the past few years from Wal-Mart. Each chair costs about $15, and hold up to a 5' 9" 250 lb. man.(don' t ask me why I know this) I like them alot and they are very comfortable, and some have cup holders. I use them for deer and turkey hunting from ground blinds.

RE: Blind Chair

I got the Double Bull for cheap from a freind and like it. Right height for me and fols to fit in blind bag. I did see a swivel seat with no back that folds up and looks compact. It was in a Redhead catalog a month ago. The DB is $28 but it does have back support which will be nice if I have to wait more that a half hour to kill my turkey this year.:)

RE: Blind Chair

When I have to walk a long ways I use my DB chair
since it fits inside the bag. On closer setups I use a
big chair with arm rests called a " Ugly Stick" that I
bought at my bowshop.

Two things that I would recommend:

1. If possible, get a chair that is both quiet
and comfortable. When I can see a gobbler coming
I usually try and fold up my chair and shoot from
my knees, seeing as though I' ve spooked a few
with " creaking chairs" :(

2. Get a chair with a backrest. Your back will be glad
you did.[:-]
