It's hard to go wrong with the 870. You can go to either end of the spectrum with it in both cost and versatility.
3-1/2" Express or 3-1/2" SPS-Turkey
Dependability is unsurpassed. It's one tough son-of-a-gun.

870's are a great gun, it's really hard to go wrong with one.

Personally, I'm partial to my Ithica. Been shooting it since 1968. I bought a Winchester 1300 turkey gun a couple of years ago and tried to use it last year. I killed a turkey with it, alright, but I just never liked shooting that gun. The reason is that the Win and the Ithica are set up backwards on the safety. My Ithica's safety is behind the trigger guard and the Win's is in front. If you have a preferance, or have been shooting a particular gun for a while and like it, these seemingly small things can make or break your ease of use of that weapon. The ones you named are all good quality weapons, just pick the one that fits you.

I don't know the prices of anything but the 870, but it will fit into your budget. Get one with screw in choke system and use it for anything.

I'm on my second 870 ,the first one was a 2 3/4" and I went to a 3". The price is good on them and if you ever want to sell the resale is good .

I just recently got a Mossberg 12 ga and all i did was order the turkey chokes. Look into Mossberg, they are not very expensive and also shoot excellent. I would also Consider a 870 becaus they are just plain nice guns.
