Scouting For Spring Turkey

I' m greener then this guy [:-] when it comes to turkey hunting. This spring is going to be my first shot at it. How do you scout for turkey? Sorry if it seems like a dumb question[&:]

Best advice I could give would be to get out in the woods at sunrise and listen. If there`s birds around you`ll hear them. Thats a good place to start, finding where they like to roost. Good luck but be warned that this is a very addictive sport.

once you have located the wareabouts of the turkeys start looking for droppings feathers scratching and tracks to find where they are during the day.
