Scouting,,,, what to look for .............
 

,When I hit the woods in the spring , I tend to walk field edges , where tracks and other sigh can be easly found. Food sorce seems to be my first step in scouting. Here' s a little sign I found and brought home What do you think ? what do we see in these 3 photo' s??

BT,Great stuff buddy!!Looks like a dust bowl,strut marks,and I' m a little unsure on that 3rd one!I' ll guess as i cant really tell what it is by the pic and say a roost site!The one main thing I look for in my scouting is what I call consistency' s!Finding areas they travel,feed,roost,water,strut,all on a consistent basis present great set-up opportunities and put a hunter in birds!Once I find these areas,I' ll use my ears and in most cases get an idea of what I' m dealing with!!;)
