I've been seeing 6 toms, a jake, and a hen in the same secluded field every morning and afternoon this week. I had a little mishap involving these birds, getting my wheelchair stuck, crawling up to these birds, only to have some kids on dirtbikes and atvs spook them bfore I could get a shot. As I said, I've been watching them from a distance and they spend a lot of time in this field. My blind is up and brushed in ( on the shady side of the field) and my buddy cleared out some small brush so that I can get my chair to the blind quietly. I've got a good feeling about this set up but if I'm not successful, I'll still enjoy the sunrise and the start of another beautiful day:D. Who know's I may get lucky. My buddy that helped my son get his first bird last saturday will be with me and he'll be doing the calling. So, I'll go lay down and watch the ceiling all night and then fall asleep in the blind at daybreak:D:D. Good luck to all that will be out there tomorrow.

Sounds like you have done your homework and have a great hunting buddy as well. Good luck and let us know how big he is.
