Turkey Hunting Whether it's spring or fall doesn't matter to this bunch. Great tips on calling, bustin flocks, using blinds and more.

Will do bud. I haven't topped that 100" bird this year. He's getting mounted and should be done by July. I've got 5 birds getting mounted and he's amongst them. I wish I knew you were down there now cause I would have definitely made a visit. Take care bud and you're always welcome in Ohio.

She loves all the turkeys I kill. She's going to be my little hunter in the years to come. She's already owl hooting and blowing on a crow call. Next year I'm going to get her out and have her walk around with me a little.

Yeah, you said they were really gobbling and you were right on about that. I didn't hunt the area you were talking about. I stayed in Bloomington and then drove down to the Charles Deam Wilderness and just winged it the first day. I did a little aerial scouting using Google Earth and those efforts paid offon the first day. I got coordinates to an area that had a couple creeks bifurcating and just went there. Had birds gobbling all around and probably got lucky for my first day. Hoosier National Forest near Monroe Lake has birds all over. Good luck and God bless.
