I had it done on my 870 about two years ago. I had to sell my 870 in order to help pay for the 1187. Right after x-mas and two out-of-state hunts hurt our bank account:( I didn' t want to get rid of it but in order to keep peace with the wife and with all the spring hunts I' ve got planned, I had to:D

i' m glad to hear the positive feedback on this topic. i have sent the assembley to a gunsmith and will let you all know how it turns out. i sent the assembly out of my 11-87. i hope to use this set up in my 870 slug gun for deer season. i noticed it was said that the assemblies are interchangeable. that beats having two triggers jobs done. thanks for the input mk-m-gobl. :D
