Set-ups for bowhunting

Lets hear your set ups for hunting with a bow. Decoys?, Comfortable shooting range, how far out do you set your decoys, etc. This will be my first year trying it with a bow. I would appreciate any pointers. I have been out on hunts with other guys this year (gun hunts), and we have had pretty good luck using my Pretty Boy and Girl. As far as which way to face them when bow hunting what do you guys do?

Face them away from you to give yourself a chance to draw when the turkey struts around the backside. Id say set them p about 15 yards or so.
