IL turkey spring, bow?
 

My dad has a shotgun spring turkey permit, I do not, considering goin with a bow, does anyone know about the spring bow season? if there even is one? etc...? hopefully someone will know off hand rather than really having ot research it, any help is appreciated, thanks.

I think that you are allowed to use a bow during the gun season, at least is ohio you can.

I asked the same ?...

One Pro-Shop was going to sell me Permits like Fall....but the other one told me to use my SG permit!

if you don't have a tag you can't hunt at all. if you recieved a tag during the lattery porcess you may use a gun or bow in the spring.
in the fall the archery turkey is the same as the archer deer season. tags bought over the counter.
fall gun season is a lottery system for the 10 day season.
