Broadheads

Was wondering what type of broadheads everyone is using for turkeys? Has anyone used a rage? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks.

I have never personally taken a bird with the rage bh but am planning on trying them this year. A friend of mine runs a turkey guide service here in South Dakota and requires that is hunters use the rage 3 blade. They have never lost a bird on a good hit from a rage head. hope this helps!! Good luck!

You use your regular montecs for turkey?
Onr of the main reason I bought the preseasons is to practice without dulling my deer heads, they fly the same as my deer heads, and they will plow right through a turkey....
I think its worth it...

Im gonna use my Magnus Stinger, or my T-Lock, whatever I pull out of the quiver. I would like to use the Magnus Bullhead, which I believe is better than the Guillotine IMO, but I should practive a bit more.

Yea the factory sharpened montecs work great, they aren't very sharp out of the box. My deer montecs, I hand sharpen, and they are super sharp.
I like having a little sharpness to my turkey heads, to cut the important stuff.

I know alot of guys that use dulled out broadheads and thats all they prefer.

I killed a turkey with a rage 2 blade last fall. You won't believe the size of hole it blew in that turkey both enter and exit.
