Im from Vermillion county Indiana and I am using my browning gold hunter 3.5" 12 ga. It is equiped with a pattern master choke tube and I just put on some truglo extreme turkey sights that look very nice. Im planning on using the new hevi shot #13 turkey loads. This will be the first year I have used this setup. I have always used my remington 870 12 ga. with 3" remington nitros with success but decided to give the browning a try

I'm from NY, and lived in CT for almost 9 years...and right now I'm calling OR home[8D]

I use a Guide series Ithaca Model 37, equipped with a 24" ported turkey barrel and an Ithaca .660 choke. I've topped it with a Bushnell multi-reticle reddot scope on a B-square mount. I'm shooting Winchester X-tended Range 3" #6, and can count an average of 125-150 pellets in a 10" circle at 40 yards ;)

She's deadly as long as they don't get too close. At 10 yards, I can blow a slug-sized through a piece of 3/4" plywood[:-], but can also easily pull it slightly wide...[:o]

I'm from Missouri. I hunt the western part, right in the middle. jackson county. i use a Beretta 20 ga. and i'll tell you why. the longest shot i've made on a bird was 15 yds. I love to get the bird close enough that the adrinaline really is flowing. i love that feeling. nothing better.

It's simple, but effective.
