Congratulations! I'm ready for our opener on March 15. Youth hunt on this Saturday. I'll be taking a kid from my church. I hope we have as good luck as you. Let's see some pictures!

Congratulations, but I gotta tell ya.... Those certianly don't look like any osceola's i've ever seen. Also, I've hunted Big Cypress before and that certianly doesn't look like the Big Cypress I was hunting. The biggest hill in Big Cypress is an ant hill.......

I've hunted Big Cypress for 15 years have never seen anything other than tons of cypress, pines, palmettos, a bit of small oaks, and grass praires. We deffinately do not loose the leaves on our trees, doesn't get cold enough! Like NC said, the only hills are made by ants! I can not tell about your first bird, but the other 2 are deffinately easterns. Osceolas wing bars are almost all black with very thin and faint whites bars. Not trying to stur up a hornets nest, but them ain't no osceolas! It's just too obvious to ignore, but they are good birds.

What birds are yall speaking of? The only birds I saw were the ones in the beginning and if you can see their wing feathers you gotta have some X-Men power cause everything looks blurry to me. Really can't make out what either of those are.

They were in the post right above mine, he went back in and removed them. He had 3 pics up of birds that were most definitely not Osceola's, and it certainly didn't look like they were taken anywherenear Florida........
