Turkey Hunting Whether it's spring or fall doesn't matter to this bunch. Great tips on calling, bustin flocks, using blinds and more.

Default pretty boy and pretty girl decoys

So i decided to purchase these decoys and when i got them i thought the coloring of the gobblers head was a little off...maybe in the sunlight his neck looks red but to me it looks brown i'm posting some pictures..please let me know what u think of these two and if i should return or do they look good...also if i do keep them i plan on getting a real turkey fan for the gobblerr.

When a gobbler is in full strut, its the white that matters, not so much the red. Just my experience.... individual birds can vary.

Its the hen that looks a bit off to me.... should be more grey and less blue/white.

Take it outside and look at it in the sun.... thats where it matters.

I don't think it matter to much. Once that big tom sees that struttin decoy he probably dosen't care what the head looks like. JMO

ok thanks for your opinions I decided to keep them and i'm also going to order a real tail fan if i can find one for a low price ...I think that would add a lot to the realism....
