Fiber optic sights for Browning BPS?
Anyone have fiber optic sights on a Browning BPS? I've been looking at Cabela's website and the customer reviews saymost of the Hi Viz sights fit the Browning 5/16" rib even though it says they do. I already have a fiber optic front bead for clays, waterfowl, and upland. If there is a set with a low-profile rear sight that would save me from having to change the front sight. Any input would be appreciated.

Browning uses HiVis sights on all their guns. I have a Browning "GOLD" and a Benelli setup withHiVis sights front & Back.
Iremoved the front bead that came with the gun and I replacedthem withHiVis Comp Sights. I suggest if you remove the front bead from your Browning, have a gun smith do it because I'm almost surethe front bead is plastic and you need a special tool to remove it. Take all of 10 seconds for gun smith to remove it. The Comp Sights stay on all the time and I suggest you put a drop of lock tight just to play it safe. Then for turkey or deer hunting I add the rear Tom Buster sights by HiVis. I love this setup and it works for me. |
