Yea GRB... This is the kind of places I've been talking about since 2003People that hunt places like this and come on hear and brag and post pictures of there 100 sets of spurs and beards like they did something...

Hey thanks for sharing
- these are not long beards - or a bird that has a year or two of dealing with humans - these are Jakes and not very big at that - late hatch from the looks of it - which I have found to be very curious andnot as weary/skittish as would an older bird would be. -Just they have not learned. And yes probably in area that does not see much human intervention.
and the one you really wanted was the bird strutting in the background - bet ya all missed that!
Anyhow thanks for sharing. I also video as much as I can when I hunt - that way when I go back to camp there is no argument of what I have seen today - I can SHOW my fellow campers!
