Turkey Permit?

I'm from Wisconsin and I haven't received my permit yet, any of you from Wisconsin? If you are..is there still hope for me?

T-23,there are a lot of people that didn't get them yet.I called the Eau Claire office and they told me I had one for ZONE 39 2nd season but I haven't got it in the mail yet.
