Seriously, This subject has been hashed and re-hashed by some of the best turkey hunters you'll ever come across right here on this board. Just do a couple of searches (look in the black section at the top of the page) and you should find volumes on the fine points of turkey hunting.

If you don't have any luck, come on back here and we'll gang-teach another fledgling turkey hunter.:)

What exactly would you like to know?

Depends on which season your talking about...If it's fall hunting your best bet is to bust up a flock, park your butt next to a tree and call them back using lost poult calls like thekee kee and kee kee run.

If it's spring hunting you imitate a hen and call a gobbler in...No it's not that easy...and it's a prettydeep subject to get into in one post...Read as much as you can on the subject and ask questions.

Hey! get rid of that sad smiley!

The question seems like it would be easy to asnwer, but the subject is far more broad than you can imagine. It can be as general as TPHunter's reply or a very detailed, pages long reply. Those pages have already been written. here are a couple of threads that popped up in a quick search:

As you read through these threads, try top pick up on key words like tracks, loads, droppings, roost, calls, or calling and search those terms. Some of us have been storing up this knowledge for a long long time. Ask us specific questions and you'll be surprised at the wealth of information you get back.

In very rough terms...find where they are roosting and where they are going. Get setup between the two and do some light calling. Bird will come in and pull the trigger:)
