Sitting on a deer stand a couple of days ago I counted 51 turkeys all coming off the roost in single file out to a meadow. Some decent longbeards there and a ton of poults. Should be a great spring.

I'm really excited for my first ever turkey hunt this upcoming spring. I have been seeing tons around. about a month ago i had 15 in the road in front of my truck at about 7 am and they wouldnt move for nothing.5 minutes later they went to the side of the raod

Great pic. Looks like the field I passed all summer long on the way to work. Sometimes as many as thirty turkeys in one field.
