RE: Need Advice on Box Call
Any Quaker Boy is good. Believe it or not the Little One-Sider is one of the best boxes I've heard, and it's about $15 at most stores.
My Lynch Fool-Proof is tops in my vest right now. Hard to go wrong with one of those. A fellow I know here in KY just made me a great boatpaddle style box; last I heard he was tinkering with designs for a Lynch-style box. Could put you in touch with him if you're interested. |
RE: Need Advice on Box Call
I came into two box calls recentley. They are both one sided box calls. One I gave away as a gift and the other I will be keeping I highly recommend these calls because not only do they sound good, but they are very pretty calls. If interested check the link below, and click on the single sided box call picture. He only asks $29.00 a call which is worth every penny for a custom solid one piece bottom and select top call in my mind. Just my .02

RE: Need Advice on Box Call
I agree with BT, the QB 10 sider packs ten different tones in a single box call. Very versatile and sounds sweet.
