Hey guys-- it's been a long time
I've missed you guys, and I've been thinkin about postin on the turkey forum for a good while now.
How ya'll been? anybody got lucky this fall?
I'm still bowhuntin for deer, but I'm fixin to get after them turkeys
perty soon. I got lucky last fall and got a jake with my bow, but since we're only allowed 1 turkey of either sex in the fall, I'm gonna hold out for a longbeard. (but not for long)<img src=icon_smile_wink.gif border=0 align=middle> we can bowhunt till the end of Feb. but then it'll be bout time for Spring season<img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>
it's really good to be back on the forum with ya'll.

yankee, our spring season opens the monday closest
to april 7th, which this year, just happens to be the 7th<img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>
there's a youth hunt in the refuge that opens late march i
think. can't wait to take my bow and my dog house blind down
in the refuge and stick one of them big longbeards i seen
last year down there.<img src=icon_smile_wink.gif border=0 align=middle>
