How long do you think?!

Just wanted everyones opinion on this. I hunt a corn feild (chopped and plowed this time of year) and every single day so far and also during preseason turkeys go to the field in the morning, and also at night. They roost on the edge and fly down into it, leave and come back at night to do it all over again. Toms, hens and jakes all do this. Steady, predictable cycle. Problem is..... the farmer that owns the land was out there the past two days on tractors planting corn. Hes done now..... but how long should I expect to wait until I see birds in that field again? Thanks alot!

depends ive seen em wait around the edges until the tractor leaves then enter field immediately. id say go see and find out but im betting their back if they're that predictable.

They were probably out there as you were posting. I'll be willing to bet they will not change their pattern.

They probably never left. They are still in that general area. I would be right back out hunting it.

I hunt woods and fields where they farm almost every day and it doesn't
seem to bother the birds at all. Not even when they are in the woods cutting trees. I'd say HUNT!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah I dont think you have to wait long. I'd go after them your next time out. Good luck!
