Nice bird, how do you like your 870 thumbhole Special Purpose? I got one this year and have only managed two birds with it but I hunted with it for 16 days and enjoyed carrying it.

Congrats again on the fine bird,

I got the sps t a month ago and I lov. it! patterned good and did a good job on the harvest with #5 3/4 oz. I used the 3" cause' I have a few of them from the 1300 I used last two years. It is nice to carry But now I'm done for now unless I get a Maine tag. or travel. Only one spring tag here in NH. I like the thumb hole. I have a knight 54 cal. with a thumb that I lov. so that was a big factor in getting the Rem.

Called one in for my buddy today. done at 5:52 a.m.
21 pounds 9 1/2" beard 1 1/4" spurs. Limb hanger! If it was me I would mount it but he is just happy with the tail. As I called for him and filmed it, we got busted as Tom approched the decoy. also He never gobbled. Turkey down at 35 yards!

Thats for posting the Pic. Rebel Hog! I had a time trying to get it on as you can see.
