Decoys

When Im working a bird on the roost and trying to call him to a field I usually only use a hen decoy. In afternoons I set up as many as four decoys to try and get the birds attention on its way back to the roost.
This year I was wanting to try somthing a little different, and was wondering what you guys or gals do to pull in your birds.

You might want to try the Bobb'nHead BreedingPair from BuckWing

A jake decoy mixed in with a couple of hens usually will pull a tom into range. They can't stand to see a youngster with some hens.

You can try any of the above suggestions, or if you have a couple dominate birds in the area, you might try a full strut tom decoy. I have the Carry Lite Pretty Boy and Pretty Girl, also the primos B-Mobile seems like a nice decoy. Just a thought, might work, might not.
