Favorite Turkey Recipe?
 

What is your favorite turkey recipe? I fried my last one by making turkey fingers, dipping in egg and rolling in a batter consisting of ground saltine crackers. It was light, crispy and delicious. I have another bird and thought i would check with you on your favorite.

Well I have a couple favorites. I like mine deep fried either injected with butter, barbecue, or Italian dressing. We also like to filet the breasts and deep fry them in a batter. The batter we use is called Drakes. It makes ittatse likelong john silvers. I also like them smoked. Heck who am I foolin. I like it anyway its cooked... :D

I have mine smoked, I have tried them everyway possible but wasnt impressed with them, They are o.k.. deepfried and injected but I really like them smoked....
