I'll also be hunting in MO this year. Myself, I'm a bow only kinda guy, and I'm all kinds of fired up now.....

mobow I like your way of thinking! I'm just scared that me getting two birds last year, and one of which was a double with my friend, which had a 11-1/2" beard might have jinxed me. I sure hope i can repeat like last year.

Here is a little about my turkey hunt this year. This will be my first year hunting turkey although in the fall I always get a tag just in case one comes by during bow season. I call fairly well and I will be hunting with RDHunter from Team 8 as well as my cousin who offers guide service for turkey hunters in SE Michigan. He has quite the collection of what I consider trophy toms. Hopefully, I will be getting turned onto one of this caliber. I also have 3 of my daughters hunting birds this year as well, so, I should have plenty of time afield and no exscuses for not taking a quality bird.

Any team name is fine with me as long as we are the winning team LOL..........

hey guys.... checking in from WV.. my season starts April 23rd.. I have the first2 weeks off forvacation... poor turkeys. :)

Just to let you know ... I went out scouting today on my happy hunting grounds and found this intruder looking around.
If you look close you'll see it's your team mate BullRider115 , he met up with me and I took him out to where I hunt .
We had alot of fun , heard some clucking and yelping but never saw them we did see two does though.
