Rhino .720 or JellyHead .690 are the recommended chokes for HeviShot in a 10ga. I shoot a Browning Gold Light 10 with a .720 Rhino and Nitro Company 4x5x7 HeviShot. Devastating is the only word to describe it. Check out www.nitrocompany.com for some of the best ammo available.

RE: 10ga choke constriction

I have been shooting a 10 ga NEF Pardner for several years now and the choke is a GT 690 by Kick's and I am shooting Nitro's 101L load. It does a great job but even with a heavy Kick-eez pad the kick is noticeable, but the birds don't feel a thing.

Redmag I have the NEF 10ga also... Mine has the Mossy Oak Bottomland camo on it... I bought it back in 94...

What kind of pattern do you get with the Kicks choke???
