RE: How many licenses
ORIGINAL: mouthcaller I don't understand your question. Are you talking about tags, or state bag limits? In tennessee, you buy a license and go hunting. We can apply for certain special quota hunts on management areas. The statewide bag limit is 4 birds with not more than two from WMAs or refuges. We are not required to purchase separate tags for each bird. |
RE: How many licenses
In Iowa you have to buy a separate license for each bird & with one license you get one tag. Deer hunting works the same way.
And you still to purchase a regular hunting license & habitat stamp before you can buy a turkey or deer license. |
RE: How many licenses
In Indiana it is one bearded bird in the spring and one of either sex in the fall.

RE: How many licenses
In MD we can get 2 in the spring, or 1 if one was taken in the fall (only in Western portion of the state). I'm looking forward to VA bag limits.
