Maryland turkeys

I've been looking into hunting maryland and was wondering if anyone has ever hunted the Greenridge valley state forest? Been thinking bout takin a trip down here sometime in april to check it out and was wondering if it would be worth my while?

I hunt there and it gets hunted pretty hard!!!! I'm heading south this spring to chesapeake Forest Lands...

You may want to go a little farther west to garret county... less hunting pressure... And it just so happens to be the county that has the most turkeys killed;)

I hunt the Savage River SF and it has loads of birds and I've only run into one other hunter per year.
Usually the first week of PA's season I have SR all to myself.
Great turkey hunting there.
