I have been seeing large flocks around my section of woods. Unfortunately, they are all across the street for now. But come spring I am sure some will migrate onto my property. They always seem to. Can't wait!

I just got my booklet in the mail today notifying me that I have been chosen to participate in this springs turkey hunt. This will be my first real season hunting them. I hunted this past fall, but I was concintrating more on the big buck that I had been seeinig in my area, than I was the turkeys. Ihave an ameristep ground blind that I would like to use, and I am planning on using my bow. Anyone have any tips for a first timer?? I could sure use them.;)

I know I am getting sick of ice fishing and am ready for the turkeys to start gobbling,suckers to start running and then to get in my boat..

You better believe i'll be set-up on a gobbler come april 15......... and prolly many days after that..... can't wait!!
