Cuddeback pic!!! Bearded hen?

I got this picture on my Cuddeback today when i went out to check it. I was wondering if this was a bearded hen or not? Sure doesn't look like a tom to me or a jake for that matter! What do you think? Picture may be a little blurry because i zoomed in ALOT.

It's possible. A guy at my hunt club saw one and I think my grandpa shot one too. I think they are legal to shoot in spring gobbler since the rulebook says that you can only shoot bearded turkeys. It doesn't say that it has to be a male.

Looks like a hen to me. I have heard of several people talking about seeing one but I have never seen one.

Yes it is a bearded hen.

If you look at the lower part of the neck there is no large Crunkles or waddles as most call them. Gobblers even when not in breading form have large crunkles. Good pic ...BT
