pop-up blinds...

I am taking my friend out on an archery turkey hunt near my house starting tomorrow and he insists on using my dad's pop-up blind to cover his movement while he's drawing his bow. I have seen turkey hunting videos where people have these blinds sitting out in the wide open and the turkeys don't mind them, but to me I think the fall camo sticks out badly against the bright green grass and leaves. Will this bother the turkeys or am I just over thinking the situation? I have tried to get him to use more natural ground blinds but he refuses to believe that he will get a chance to draw his bow without spooking a turkey from them... what do you think the best way is?

No turkeys are stupid when it comes to that. Use the blind. No need to brush it in or anything.
