Congrats!! I'll be going through that in a couple of years. As for the picture, an easy way to reduce the size: open up paint(usually under start/programs/accesories), open your picture, click edit, select all, then go to image, stretch/skew, type 50 in horizontal and 50 in vertical to reduce the size 50%. Repeat until it's small enough. Then save it as a new picture file. You may lose some quality, but it's an easy fix.

Although it was incredible to be with my son getting his first bird, NOTHING compares to being there when he's born. Hope your son and mom come through OK. Good luck...Time will fly by. I can still see when my son was born. Now he's droppin' Turkeys!
