i have some question to ask i bought 3 inflatable hen decoys are those any good? and how far from you do you put your decoys? do you put them together or scattered or what?

RE: Decoys
I have no experience with inflatable decoys. I would be concerned about their durability. I didn't use decoys for years but recently started using them again when hunting with my son in an effort to get turkeys attention off us.I have a Delta jake and hen that look pretty good and are made of some sort of plasticized rubber compound. They fold easily in my backpack and recover nicely without leaving any creases.

RE: Decoys
Hey G O N
I used those inflatables & I really didn't have much luck with them. Went to buckwing's decoys & to my surprize they worked real good. I also have some featherflex, they work good too. Check out buckwing's Bobble Head they add a little life to the party. Good luck & be safe out there. |
RE: Decoys
I use Featherflex and Flambeau they work well. I place my decoys approximately 20 yards away from my set up.

RE: Decoys
Calley Morris hen the only way to go. The inflatables will not make it through an attack.
