i just got in from patterning.. kicks gobblin thunder with win. hv #5
at 30yds i got 43 in the head/neck
and then at 45 i got 18 in the head/neck

do u think thats good for a 45yd pattern?

Not to hijack a thread but i have another one going that no one has answered. thats a good number?? sounds like it. the problem i was having is the better part of my pattern is low and left of the head, still putting 15-20 bb's in the head at 40 yds. do i stick with it or keep messing around. 3" #4's and a .660 carlson xxfull extended turkey tube.

If you have adjustable sights, you might work at them to bring it within the bull...but i think you've got a great chance of killing a bird.
Remember tho, we all owe it to the game we hunt to be certain we've done everything in our power to make a clean kill...you'd hate to wound a bird and maybe loose it.
