NWTF Members?

I was wanting to join the NWTF but wanted a chance to reade rules and regs before I sign-up I have read various pros-cons about them and wanted to see for myself...besides that do any of the memebers here wanna give me some insight about them. I have been through their web-site not what I am looking for as far as info.
