JW, I read your link, and I'm gonna give it a try from my next bird, and have one question: One of the pics showed where you cut the bones, it looked as if you cut them in half along with the ends. Is this to make 2 calls out of one wing! thanks, great pictorial!

Hey DHF - those are really nice - wanna trade some?

Mastevt - yes I was cutting to make two but don't do that......unless you got wings to spare. Those made what I call Mini's......they do work....

I'll be postin' the deal I pffer to anyone soon......that is send a pair of wings and get one call back.....that's it! I do not sell calls - but do trade and barter.....

I really need to update that post as I ahve learned so much in these past years.........For me - from start to finsih takes me about a week.....

No didn't forget - your bones are into calls and the are awaiting the gluing process which will happen sometime today. They look awesome.........IMO...........and you'll get back what is promissed - have it marked on your sheet you sent! A Grand Slam of Calls ----- Merriam, Eastern & your Osceola's of which you get two. I just can't keep all three - you gotta have one back from the smaller set as it sounds so sweet! And I am adding a Rio - that way it is a Grand Slam set I made!

This is the 1st year I have been honored by a few who sent me Oseola wings.....So a few Grand Slam sets get sent out to a few who have provided me so many wings over the years and they use them for NWTF banquets.

I have never sold any of these and don't plan on doing so. It is a hobby - most get donated away......or tradedfor something...

But I gotta admit - didn't recognize your handle DHF.....

Finnally figured out how to post pic's on this site again. I used to have a "Mac" and loved the heck out of it. But alass, it succumed to massive overload by my kids just prior to the trip. Had to slip on over to the dark side of Micro soft, for my wife and kids. Gotta tell you, hate it everytime I click it on.

For me to post pic's on this site I have to type this: , then I copy and past the http: address of the photo. This is the only site I use that I have to do this to. Just wondering if something has changed. Thanks for the help anyway JW.
