i saw a turkey today?
 

i was sitting in my dads tree stand just caus ei had notihng to do and im sitting there and look over see movement and i was like deer cause i wa slooking for deer but soon realized it was a turkey and it didnt see me it moved a little and i sq wit beard about 7 inches or so about a 17 lbs bird then i think he saw me he putted and jogged off pritty kool

Good ,I had them fly out of trees above me at dawn.Scared me at first

It is always a thrill to see game...even if you don't get a shot. It is part of the allure of being out there.

A few days ago, my son wakes me at about 6am to show
me a flock of about 25 in my pasture. My wife woke me
before daylight to see 1 eight point, two 6 points and 5
does further behind them, right by my bedroom window.
