Got one today (last day)
 

well it was the last day today, and my friend went w/ me to film my hunt.. i really didnt think much would happen but i was wrong.. i ended up getting one.. 7am, jake 14lbs 3 1/2" beard... the funny thing is it is my first jake ever, ive killed lots of longbeards but never a jake but it was the last day and he gave me a great hunt on a tough season.. i called him in from across the hollow he even crossed a pretty big creek.. then came up to me at about 20yrds.. oh and my friend did get it on film also.. so my season ended on a great note.. even though it was a jake im really pleased w/ it.. im pretty happy right now..

Congrats me and my dad went out today i was gonna call one in for him but we didnt hear a single gobble [&:] im glad you got one ;) How did all the other PA hunters do today??

good to hear you busted one. this was a bad season in ohio also. i came up empty, but had a great time trying. congrats & keep on keeping on. gb 50

i took my first jake this year, after taking only mature birds...i know how ya feel.....kinda bitter sweet huh....congrats on a great hunt....
