Guess I don't know how to set up a Poll, so I'll just ask.

What's your favorite shotgun shell and shot size?

I shoot Remington 12 guage Duplex loads. 3" in the 6X4 size.:D

Rem # 6 hevi shot
I reload but I duplicate their load.

I have shot a lot of different 5's and 6's over the last several years, but I would have to say that my favorite as of this season is:

Winchester Extended Range 3.5" #5's.

This season Remington 3" Nitro Extended Range #5's worked for me.

The loads that I plan on shooting next year are:

Nitro Economy Hevi-Shot 4x5x7, 12 ga., 3.5", 2 5/8 oz.

4's and 5's are copper plated lead and the 7.5's are hevi-shot loads

i use 20ga. federal premiums, 2 3/4in, #4 shot (basically phesant loads)

I've said it before and I'll say it again---

Federal 3 1/2" #5 Flite Control Mag Shok Heavyweight

Those puppies "no-flop" 'em real good. Best I've ever seen, and I've shot most of 'em--Rem HeviShot, Nitro, Winchester, Federal Premiums. All good, but the Heavyweight Flite Control works best for me!!

Been using my own reloads for almost 20 years now,using lead #4's.Cant even remember what I shot before that!!:)

Winchester Extended Range, 3 inch #5,impressed the bird i shot this year at 45 yds,not even a flutter when he hit the ground.

This year and last year I shot Remington HeviShot High Velocity 3.5" #6's, with 1 3/4 oz. shot.
