What is this ? A fisher , a martin , a chubacabra ?

well my eyes ain;t as good as they used to be, but I think that is a Mink, and if not a mink, something in that family line would be my guess
if near water, could be an otter maybe too!

Looks like a Fisher to me. Where are you located, that may help

I am going to say otter because of the shape of the head and tail.

It is a bad photo, it could be an otter or a Fisher.
