trouble adding covert camera to app
Hello, I just purchased 2 Covert Blackhawk LTE Verizon game cameras. One is a 12 pixel and the other is 20 pixel. Did not do this on purpose, it is what Amazon sent me so I am trying to work with it. Anyway, I added the 12 pixel camera first and it is showing up in the app but when I add the 20 pixel camera it shows up in the web browser as active but the app only displays the 12 pixel camera. I have updated firmware, tried to upload updates to web portal but get error. Not sure if these are related but I am trying everything I read online. Anyone have other ideas why it is not showing up in the app? Thanks for the help

There is probably a way to switch from one camera to another. You could always delete the app and reinstall and if you paid for the higher pixel cameras contact Amazon and return the 12 for the one you wanted.
