my eye's ain't that good as I don't see tags on this bear LOL
here in PA< the tags are IMO a lot easier to see heck over the yrs I have even managed to use a spotting scope and a camera zoom lens to get info off them and call in there numbers its NOT easy, but I have managed to do it a few times pretty cool how the state can give you info on them and cool to hear many times how far away the bear was at when tagged last one was from almost 80 miles from me when it was tagged and bears are out up here already had first of 2018 show up on feb 28 th and then again on my deck looking for bird seed droppings the other night (feeders are UP out of there reach, so only get what birds drop LOL) this I think is the earliest I have seen them up and out and NOT just a wandering one that got bumped, WAY too early IMO but all these darn temp swings must have them screwed up was in 70's here for a few days and now back to snow and ice? |
what county are you in again mrbb?

that's a good action day on the cams... did you check in on the tagged one?
|
MrBB.....It's a night video, so it is hard to notice. But the first bear you can see a white dot on his ear. I did have some still shots where you can see the yellow tags in both ears.
Ryan.....I get some nice bear on camera, but once October hits they disappear. I basically am beside the National Forest so not sure if that is where they go or not. |
