Haha I'm kidding. If I saw him, I wouldn't think twice about pulling the trigger. I hope you get him!

I will do my best. Needle in a haystack where I hunt. 1000s of acres of big woods with overgrown clear cut, thick laurels, swamps, blueberry thickets and bordered by steep mountain sides with numerous blow-downs. I gotta be right with pinpoint accuracy. And that's not taking into account that he might see, here or wind me.

I think I spooked him while going in to check a camera at 11:00am.

Never know what the rut might do to him, even so. Do you at least have a sense of where his bedding area has to be?

Most of my daytime trail cam pics are in an overgrown clear cut that is about 1000 acres. So, he could really be bedding anywhere in there. There's endless land with 5 yard visibility so not sure. Also, there's steep mountain side about 300 yards from there with benches going down. He may be bedding there. There are also a few swamps nearby and a couple hundred acres of thick laurel. So, not really.
