The deer in that first pic is a leggy bugger aint he! Looks like he has a bit of Giraffe in him!

rockport 07-22-2016 12:13 AM

Here is the second one again

It's pretty green for Dec 19th? Was 2011 a mild winter or do you live in the Bahamas? :D

I know, I know.....glass houses. :D

Fieldmouse 07-22-2016 05:25 AM

Nice looking deer. Looks like they have some good genes and great potential if they're able to survive until next year.

olsaltydog 07-22-2016 05:28 AM

They look good, see what they look down the road but they have great potential from the pics.

Topgun 3006 07-22-2016 07:16 AM

That one has some character with those gnarly bases! Are those deer on the leases you have guys on?

BrushyPines 07-22-2016 07:23 AM

Maybe you'll get some pics of those bucks you posted in a different thread last season, RP!

Yeah I'd lobe to see them make it a couple more years.

Yeah, I should have a lot more to show soon. This is just a pull after about a week on a couple cameras that are easy to get to.

Sometimes I'm like a little kid and just can't wait to go see what I got.

I hope so, I'm sure we will. I have a hell of a time keeping them straight between the ages of 1.5 and 2.5

Here is the deer in the last picture from last year

rockport 07-22-2016 09:03 AM

One of our leasers got this one on camera a little over a month ago.......I think he might be the buck we called tall Tommy last year

BarnesX.308 07-22-2016 09:39 AM

You get a pass on all the pictures from me, since all my cameras are wrong. :D

lol I try to keep mine right as I obviously use them to scout but more than once Ive found myself doing math........"the camera says this so that actually means its this"

BarnesX.308 07-22-2016 11:46 AM

most of mine are for fun. Places I don't hunt or I know I'll get good buck pics but only at night. So it really doesn't matter. I will reset the one I have deep in the woods if that big 8 or something else nice pays a visit. Although July doesn't mean squat when hunting starts in October. But I need to reset it some time. :D

Looks like they've got potential. This reminds me, I need to go check mine tomorrow.
