SD card viewer
 

mine shutdown on me this weekend and Best Buy doesn't carry them anymore. what i am looking for is a portable viewer that i can use in the field without paying a ton. my old one was a 3.5" but something bigger would be nice.

I just use my little Canon point and shoot. It fits right in my pocket.

I use the Moultrie 4.3 inch Picture & Video Viewer. I have been well satisfied with it. My main use is to check to make sure my trail cameras are functioning proper and set at the proper height, angle etc. I swap out my cards and random check the batteries with a digital meter. All my SD cards are then viewed on the computer. Some animals etc. may not display proper on the Viewer due to their size. This is where the computer viewing comes in. This viewer cost $140.00 plus tax Canadian. Good luck in whatever you choose.

I bought a good used digital pocket camera off of ebay...works good and I can take pics if I need to...store it in a Ziploc bag out in the field if its raining...
